Our home is designated an historic home and requires all external changes to be approved by the Indianapolis Historic Preservation Commission. Our old windows were not original to the home, so we were allowed to replace rather than repair them. Blair Windows provided the correct details on the windows and their construction as well as the replacement process which were all very specific requirements of the IHPC. Thank you Steve! Our 28 windows were replaced in Feb 2026 in a week. The process was smooth and with minimal disruptions during the day (2 of us work from home and did so during the process). The installers did an excellent job. Jesse and his team were excellent! Our windows are fantastic. I can easily open them, cleaning is a breeze and they look amazing. Great service and excellent patio doors. Highly recommend Jessie and his crew.  Install took a long time to schedule because of the winter weather but when we finally found a good day everything went smoothly. We’re very happy with our new doors.
