Blair Windows & Doors has been serving as a Greenfield window company since our early days in business. Back in 1955 when we first began as a window distributor of new construction windows, many of the windows we supplied to builders went to Greenfield during Greenfield’s early population growth. More recently, we’ve been installing replacement windows in many of the homes built in the 90’s & early 2000’s. Of course, we still work with builders and architects on new construction homes as well as with homeowners directly. Whether you need windows or doors (or both) call Blair Windows & Doors.

Do You Need Replacement Windows?

Some homeowners choose to replace their windows because they want a more energy efficient home. However, that’s not the only reason to call a Greenfield window company for a replacement window estimate. Here are some of the signs it’s time for new windows:

• Windows that don’t open or stay open as they should.
• Warped metal or vinyl window frames or rotting wood frames.
• Condensation or haziness between the glass of your dual pane windows.
• Drafts or noticeable temperature changes near your windows even when the caulk and weather stripping is in good condition.

Another reason you may want to consider replacement windows is when the noise outside carries into your home. Today’s windows are not only more energy efficient, but also more sound insulative as well.

The Blair Window Difference

Unlike some of the national name window companies in Greenfield, we are locally owned and family operated. That means we offer the brands of windows and doors that we find that are of the highest quality, offer sound warranties, and provide excellent energy efficiency. We also truly care about our customers, so you can count on us to stand behind the products we install. You’ll never be pressured with a here today, gone tomorrow sales pitch either. We promise to provide you with an honest recommendation for a product that will fit within your budget, compliment your home’s style and meet your energy efficiency goals.
